Exam B1
All foreigners and Polish citizens permanently resident abroad may take the examination. Adults and young people aged 14-17 can take the certificate examination.
What are the advantages of taking the B1 examination?
Obtaining a permanent residence permit:
– One of the requirements for obtaining a permanent residence permit in Poland is to have a certificate confirming B1 level knowledge of the Polish language. This is crucial for those planning a long-term stay in Poland.
Acquisition of Polish citizenship:
– In order to apply for Polish citizenship, foreigners must demonstrate their knowledge of the Polish language. A certificate at B1 level is often required as proof of this knowledge.
